Returns

The emerging designer brand will provide a 14-day return policy during which a customer may return an item that is undamaged, unworn, and unused with tags still attached. The emerging designer brand will also provide a return/refund policy for any damaged or defective items as long as any claims are placed within the agreed upon 5 days of the item being received. Customers will contact IceColdBlings (the retailer) with any requests for return and the retailer will then contact the emerging designer brand or supplier on the refund request.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
To present LIFETIME Replacement Warranty you bought from your orders, the replacement(s) is free of charge. Shipping & handling may apply.

Refunds (if applicable)

The customer must notify us promptly and in any event within 24 hours of receipt of the goods, if the goods are not what they ordered or if any damage occurred during transport. Any damaged goods will be replaced. All disputes arising are between the customer and our suppliers on the mailing address.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping
To return your product, the customer should mail the product back to the original mailing address in which it was shipped.
